Cap Tex Triathlon is this MONDAY!! I hope everyone will come out and support those participating. It will be a great day and hopefully we will have beautiful weather. Everyone doing this race has put so much hard work and dedication into training and I know they will all do GREAT! My entire family will be out there in our TRI-ing For A Cause t-shirts with all of the bells and whistles to cheer on the wonderful triathletes.
